  1. Utter drivel, anything from the USA I frown upon as it is more often designed to make money out of you than offer fair odds on winning.

In a bookies you see the odds, these are based on actual stats and likely hood of winning. example, ask anyone in a bookies which horse is likely to win out of these three...

    1. horse @ 5/4f

    2. horse @ 66/1

    3. horse @ 10/11

all will say that horse 3 followed by horse 1 then horse 2 are the likely placings.

In horse racing theirs no such thing as luck.

  2. Yes it's a very good system. You attend a race meeting and then with a fair amount of luck the Americans won't discover the oil beneath the racecourse and come and blast seven bells of sxxt out of everyone before the meeting is concluded !!!!!!!!!!

  3. Well if its an american theory, more than likely goes something like this:

Pick the 2000/1 shot (£10 EW, noddies way in the derby pmsl)

    Or

Pick the horse with 3 legs??

    Or

    Look at the pretty colours???

  4. Sure if you have good luck and great intuition you may win your fair share of wagers.  Another approach would be to look at the PP and work out the race.

  5. Placing a bet on anything, horse races, cards, any sports has a lot to do with luck if you win.  The theory being, with any luck at all you might win.

  6. Thank God for people like Cheek--I wager a lot on UK racing via simulcast in the US, and I always get good odds on obviously qualified horses because the 'punters' across the pond don't seem to understand fundamental handicapping.

  7. The LOVE of money is root of all evil, not money..Think Bible says gamble. That bit about if you have a treasure you dont bury it but turn it into more...I will pray for you.

  8. I have not heard of one, but if there is such a thing, surely it will be safer to adopt that  than american imposed democracy!

  9. Yes, you put on a bet and with a bit of luck you win.

  10. I do not believe in luck.  I believe in God!

Please don't give your money away gambling.  It is a "tax" you can avoid by not participating!

You know "you can't take it with you".   Not the riches you dream of...nor the debts you would incur by gambling!   It will all be gone with the wind some day.

Value "the treasures you may store up in heaven", by "redeeming the time" (as the Bible says) of this life, in service to the One who offers you "treasures in heaven", where moths and  rust  and robbers will NOT take it away, not EVER!!!

"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows." (1 Tim 6: 10)
