Has anyone heard of a liqueur called Jadis?

Jadis is a French imported liqueur. My mother had a bottle in her cubbard from 20+years ago and I went to look it up and I can not find anything about it. It was imported by Saint James America according to the bottle. It is 48 proof and 750 ml bottle. If anyone knows anything about it, I would love to learn about it.

Are you sure it is a liqueur?  There is a Jadis french wine that is sweet  like a liqueur, maybe they are one in the same.  try googling Leon Barral Jadis  Faugeres   Good luck!
