Absolutely my most favorite Japanese restaurant in the world! And that includes Japan!

If you know Japanese food and you know what you like and/or don't like, go for the Omakase. You tell them how much you're willing to spend per person and trust them to put together the most delicious meal you've ever had. Don't be surprised if you get things that aren't on the menu. The last time we were there, we spent $100CND per person. The food and the dining experience was easily worth twice that.

This place packs in the diners, so be sure to make reservations and don't be late.
