Has anyone heard of a restaurant named Mellow Mushroom?

Yep, they have them all over NC and I have seen them in Ten and GA too.  The pricing is not too bad.  I really like their Cosmic Karma Pizza.  A large is around $14 the last time I was there...

I went to one in Atlanta, actually a suburb of the city.  It was delicious.  They have a tiryaki tofu sub that was amazing.  The prices are on point with the quality of food.  It is not your average sub and pizza place but it is not expensive.  I imagine prices change based on location since I have been to two and they had different menus.
