It's situated in the uk and and the address im dealing with is in Dublin, Ireland. I'm buying a car from this guy but the car needs to be shipped so i'm trying to see if the company is real and that i'm not getting scamed

think I've seen there vans driving around Dublin. try directory enquiries, see if you can get an address for a head office in your area
