  1. That will completely wreck your engine i just asked my friend who is a mechanic

  2. Don't buy lake property from him in the desert!

  3. BS

If just adding 1 quart of diesel to you gas tank gives you 30%-40% better mileage without damaging your engine, everybody would be buying diesel and doing it.

  4. NO! never put diesel in an unleaded car!  It won't run good at all

  5. Likely to cause damage to your catalytic converter and other systems in your car. I would highly avoid doing this.

  6. I heard snake oil or fairy dust will do the same.

  7. >> about 30 -40% better mileage

Diesel fuel have little bit more energy content. But no where near that much more (1 qt for 1 tankful - which is usually 12 gallon to 20 gallon - or 1:40 or 1:80 ).

You have better chance of muking up your fuel injector.

The truth is that gasoline is actually completely burned and every little bit of energy already extracted.  There's no hidden energy to be release.  Any extra energy has to come from the diesel - and it is NOT that much more powerful.

That is NOT to say that EVERY bit of energy is put into good use.  But for that you need a new car / engine.

    Good luck...
