Has anyone heard of an angel who is one quarter vampire?

ya, I am one quarter vampire, and for some reason like 75% angelic. It does sound crazy, but you should see me on halloween...you don't want to cross me. But I have a friend who is a witch, and she can see my 'wings'. So that proves that I'm an angel, and I can run super fast, have really really big strength, have red eyes sometimes, and my nails will grow naturally sharp. =P if anyone has info, please let me know.

The only Angels I know are the Archangels, Guardian Angels and Angels, all of which are messengers from God.

Therefore they have nothing to do with vampires.

There are fallen angels, but they were cast out from heaven and are no longer angels.

No, there is no such thing. First off there is no such thing as vampires.

Second, one might argue there is no such thing as angels. However if you happen to be religious, let us turn to scripture.

Angels, according to scripture, can indeed mate with a human. This forbidden union was supposedly what spawned the Nephilim, who were often said to be a race of giants.

But the concept of a vampire is completely absent from scripture. It did not exist at the time. The closest would be the pagan belief in blood sucking spirits.

Don't be absurd.  Angels are a theological concept.  Vampires are from folk  lore and popular superstition.

They are both imaginary - but they don't mix - well, except in rather warped imaginations.
