Has anyone heard of an herbal cooling lotion?

My old roommate let me try this herbal cooling lotion/tonic once, and it was great! I put some on the back of my neck and it really kept me cool in the middle of summer. I can't seem to find anything like it though. Any ideas?

It is not for tanning or any other purpose - just cooling! :)

aloe vera gel does this. works great for sunburns

my advise is to ask her where has she bought it!  i have heard this losion and you can find it in "Avon" catalogues (if u know it)
