Has anyone heard of holidays in Mexico where you stay in someones house to study the language?

Has anyone come across details for holidays in Mexico and South American countries where you pay to stay in someones house and also have language lessons in a local class. I have seen it on a holiday programe some time ago, but dont have any details.

Are you thinking of foreign exchange? It's pretty common in the UK, although we usally stay in France./Italy/Spain for a week to learn their language, then the foreign student stays in England for a week to learn real-life English.
