Has anyone heard of the 3 - Day Diet and is it healthy?

I have A LOT of weight to lose and have been reading the pros and cons of this on line. I am wondering if anyone has tried it and what the results were. Thank You!

  1. Don't trust fad diets. If you want to lose weight just analyze what you've been eating and make modifications. If you follow a diet, once you're done you'll go back to your original habits and put the weight back on. This is the classic yo-yo effect of the diet industry. If you want to keep weight off try a healthy eating plan coupled with some exercise. Try cutting out processed foods and replacing them with fresh fruits and vegetables, and replace refined carbs with whole grains.
