  I haven't hear about this one..But a lot of people won't stop from getting gas..A Very good ideal but people will not stick together..

Well, at this point, rising gas prices are unavoidable. The world reached it's peak in oil production last year, but the demand for it continues to increase. Gas prices will not lower, unless an alternative energy source eclipses the need for gas.

So even if everyone went on a gas strike, we need gas, it wouldnt change anything

in scotland our petrol has been on strike since the last week of april, people have been panic buying , and for a while we had even ran out of deisel.  so prices at petrol stations are just going up and up.  some stations even put a £30 limit on buying limit for buying petrol.

I didnt pump any gas today. And I will not get any gas on any day anyone decides to go on a stricke against gas prices. Lets pull it together people. It is all about supply and demand.

I haven't heard about it, but seriously it won't make a difference at all. The only way to prtoest is to completely stop driving cars all together.~~~

get a clue, one day strikes dont work

try parking your car and walking until gas goes down.

It Won't Help Much; people are going to have to get more reasonable Transportation....!!

Does ONE Person really need a Large SUV or Huge Truck, to go to a Store to buy a loaf of bread & a carton of eggs,....??

Heard about it.

But that wont change anything.  everyone tried that a couple years ago.

They know we have to buy gas no matter what, so thats only going to make everyone buy lots of gas today and saturday instead of friday.

What america needs to do is to start a price war betwen the gas companies.  If they have to compete for business and the only way they can get business is to have the lowest price, then they will be forced to lower prices.

What we need to know is which gas companies charge the most nationwide overall, then boycott those 2 or 3 companies. ....and let the price war commence!

No, I hadn't heard about it til right now. I only use my car if I absolutely have to. Dam gas is just to expensive to go running around any more. I guess I'm joining in because I'm not going anywhere. LOL

On May 1st you could filler up and not buy any petroleum fuel on the 2nd. Believe me the strike will not last long,some people may feel.Why,would I walk when I can drive?

I haven't heard anything about it , I don't own a car . A Lt of my friends and family are complaining about the high prices and I really feel for them. It's really ridiculous on how much it cost to get around.
