I won in the 3rd category selected through a computer ballot system. Is this legitimate?

Sounds very much like a scam, especially if you did not buy a lottery ticket. Take care and don't send money to anyone.

No, they do have Lotto over there 6 numbers out of 49 but you have to fill out a slip at the store, there's nothing like the german lottery commission.. It's a scam.
