Has anyone heard of the guy who's jumping out of a plane without a parachute and landing in a tube?

I have not heard of this, but I have seen a video of a guy who jumped without a parachute and another jumper flew over and hooked him into a tandem rig while in free fall.  insane.  I love skydiving but I'd never do a stunt like that.  If you want to watch...

Yeah, I heard about this guy.  Saw a short piece on TV about this guy and the stunt he's working on.  The tube is set up with a big funnel at the top and then he'll shoot down through the tube which will redirect his direction and speed so he lands on the ground.  He's planning this to occur in Vegas (of course).  I can't remember his name and my internet search couldn't find anything more on this.
