Has anyone heard of the "virtual learning center"?

I playing with the idea of getting a medical transcribing cert. and this online school seems really good. I also checked out career step, however, their payment plan didn't seem to work out with my budget. So is VLC legit?

Be VERY CAREFUL.

You can start a virtual learning center - with a POBOX.

Your best bet is to find out who you would be working for (after the degree program) or who would hire you and ask them if they accept that virtual program.

Who they accept is where to put your money.
