Has anyone heard of the sire northern niner?

I am looking to breed to a forty niner stallion and I like his numbers what is his stud fee? where is he located?

He's standing at a farm I've never heard of in Louisiana... it's called Char-Cra.

This website (http://www.network54.com/Forum/326104/th...  --  scroll down to the 3rd entry on the page, or do ctrl+F and enter 'northern' and it will take you straight there) says that his stud fee is $500

however

This website (http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/breviewre...  --  he's all the way at the bottom of the page... the last on the list... # 75) says that the fee is private, so I'm not sure if he's available for public breeding.

That first website lists all of the Forty Niner stallions and where they're standing and a phone number to reach the farm.
