the International Tattoo Art Magazine ..?

here's a picture of what it looks like:

there's a picture of a heart tattoo, its pink, and has black around it.

it's in the Feb 2008 issue, and that's what the cover looks like.

please, if anyone has heard of this magazine, tell me, and if you have this issue. please, that'll be even better.
