Well telling people that they should stop paying their mortgage and pay them a hefty fine to "negotiate" with the lender who owns the loan is ridiculous. They then turn around and do nothing or very sloppy "negotiations". I know of 2 people who lost their homes as a result of sloppy or no work being done. The worst part is that after they receive the money, they stop calling the clients or returning calls. And from what I've been reading online, they do not respond to complaints by the Better Business Bureau. I know some people are too gullible, but something should be done about these companies!

  1. They can't scam anyone who does not even do the tiniest amount of research.

Here is the BBB report on them, rating them with an F, as bad as they come.

  2. no

  3. Prove that it's a scam.

I took a look at their site, and they just appear to be mortgage brokers, I don't seen any claims that they can help people save their homes.

I'm not a lawyer, so this isn't legal advice. However, incorrectly referring to something as a scam can open you up to charges of slander and/or libel.
