Has anyone heard the diffrents between jl audio 1000 and kicker 2500 which will be the stongest in bass and do

which will be the stongest in bass and do kicker really put out 2500 do it matter what volts your car run unlike jl audio is 11-14 volts

the Kicker amp is rated 2500 watts rms @ 2 ohm at 14.4 volts. i think that at a lower voltage it might not reach 2500 watts rms but that is still more than what a JL 1000/1 would do. the JL 1000/1 should have been compaired to the ZX1000.1  or KX1200.1 or SX1250.1 not an amp that is more than twice the rms

the Kicker SX amps do list in thier manual that they produce the same amount of wattage between 13.8 and 14.4 volts the ZX only list for 14.4 volts
