Are you talking about the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island?  I went about 7 years ago when it first opened.  It rocked!! Great spa, dining and there's also a casino.  It's really beautiful and if you have kids there is stuff for them to do also.  I'm from the US.  Be ready to spend money it's pretty pricey.

I stayed there in 2000 to attend a wedding. I flew in from U.S.A.  It is a self contained island or islet, with its own beaches, casinos, water parks, underwater aquariums and a campus full of luxury suits and shopping. There is a spa but I did not get an opportunity to partake.  The resort itself is its own destination.

It has renovated since then, and I heard it got even better. You can do your fair share of celebrity watching since stars stay there. When I was there a great deal of Nicks players were staying there for an event. We even saw commentator and former player Charles Barkley.
