Has anyone here been to a wedding at Arta in Glasgow ?

We're thinking of having our reception there. The food is great and it's a really attractive location. Plus they're quite reasonable.

Has anyone been to a wedding or event there ? Was it any good ?

I have never been to a wedding at Arta, but I once went there for a meal and it was lovely. I have also been to the club there a few times at the weekends and it's always been really good. They have a live band in one part and a DJ in the other so you can wander about. Upstairs is a quieter area if you want to talk. It's quite an interesting idea because it is a great looking venue and the loation means people don't have to splash out to stay over.  The only thing is whether it looks as good during the daytime (if that's when you arrive) and whether you can keep out the wedding crashers.

ive never been there before but if the food is great and its a great location and good prices then i would book up for the reception as as long as the food is good and looks nice then thats the main thing
