Has anyone here ever actually captured a "rod" on their video camara?

They can't be seen with the naked eye, but they have been caught on film and discovered only after playing the video at low speed

Never saw one in 30 years of shooting video and film, as well as editing it, where you run the picture in slo-mo a lot. After looking at a lot of the pictures of "rods"  on various websites, I really think they are just insects flying by quickly. But, I guess anything is possible. I HAVE seen some strange stuff when too fast of a shutter setting is used, and that may be the case in the "rods" video clips.
