Has anyone here ever been to lake garda in italy?

im going there at the end of july, with my school, im in yr8, we will be there for a week, it will be my birthday there.. lol i wonder if i will have a pizza birthday cake lol

but Nywayy what is it like there...

eg. food, people?

Lake Garda is not near Como, like said by another user: that one is Como Lake, also known as "Lario"; Lake Garda is near Verona. Anyway you're not going to meet ANY problem for meeting and eating both great food and people. Ahem... I mean, meeting people and eating food :) I hope you can go visit the castle just over the lake!

You can take a boat ride on the lake.

We're going middle of June - it will be my husband's birthday.

Have booked a day in Venice and going to the open-air opera in Verona.  So those are two possibilities for you.

Everyone I've spoken to, who has been, says they had a marvellous time.
