Has anyone here ever eaten hummingbird?

I know there isn't much meat to it but if they live off of nectar and sugar water I would think the meat would be very unique. Just thought I would find out with out having to hurt one of the little guys. Too darn cute to kill it myself.

I have several feeders in my back yard to attract them. Yes, I've eaten many caught in my homemade websnare.

         The breast meat is delicious. Cleaning the thigh meat is not really worth the trouble though......They're best stuffed in Panda fillettes !
