Question:

Has anyone here ever lost 40 pounds? or any significant amount of weight like 30 or 50 lbs?

  1. I went from 237 lbs to 195lbs. I had a bad diet with very high blood pressure. I was told to cut out alcohol, reduce salt, sugar, and fats, and also limit caffine. I eat lots of fresh fruit, read labels to look for low salt/fat foods. Eat lots of oatmeal and rice (without adding fats or salts) and limit my dairy intake (to reduce fat). A little bit of exercise helps
