I have been doing the flex (points) plan for two months and have lost about 10 lbs, however I have been having a hard time sticking to counting every morsel. Also, my endocrinologist says that I need to stay away from starchy foods to keep my insulin and other hormones more balanced. I looked at the core plan and it seems to really cut back on starchy foods and since it is still weight watchers, it seems like a good plan. Has anyone had success on it?
