Has anyone here visited Graceland?

I have a trip planned to Memphis in January and I wanted to know what you all thought of it.

Also, I was wondering about something. It says they close at 4, but some of the VIP tours that last 2 1/2 hours start at 3:45 and again at 4:15. How does that work?

My mom just went and seemed somewhat disappointed.  She thought it was very rundown and a waste of time.  But she was not a huge Elvis fan, she was more from the Beatles era, so maybe her enthusiasm wasn't there.

I live in Memphis but have only been to Graceland one time. I took my family and we all enjoyed it. I'm going to the candlelight vigil friday night for the second time. People come from all over the world for that. If you liked Elvis, then chances are you will enjoy the Graceland tour. I would like to take the tour again someday.
