Not yet. But, with the likes of O'Sullivan, Robertson and Hendry all left in the competition it's not beyond the realms of possibility.
The closest so far has been a 143 from Craig Steadman. He failed to make the first round of the tournament, though, after he was knocked out in Round Three of qualifying.
