Has anyone in Ireland received the DV2009 Greencard, I am still waiting in hope and there are only 2 weeks left until the end of notification period?

The DV2009 lottery has not taken place yet. The DV2008 lottery has closed.

MadMan is WRONG. DV2009 lottery was drawn already and they are notifying all winners in May-July of 2008. Once they've notify everyone, their paperwork process starts and if everything goes great they can enter US by September 2009, thats why its called "DV2009".

You just wait and hope till the end of July and if you don't receive anything don't loose hopes, keep trying, DV2010 lottery applications will open in October-November and you can apply again and maybe next time you will win.

Hello Coco, I live in N.Ireland and i too applied for the DV2009 and i like yourself am still waiting to hear from them. If you get any word from them please let me know.
