Has anyone in New England used solar or wind power to power their house efficiently?

I live in New hampshire and thinking about solar and wind power for my house... I know it is costly. I just want to get an idea of what systems other New Englanders have used....

And what they think of their setups.

Also... Who you got to install solar panels?
