Has anyone in the Houston area used YEP Energy? How has your experience been with them?

I am moving to the midtown area and I am trying to find an energy company. YEP Energy is one of the cheaper companies, but I have been having trouble finding any comments or reviews on them.

They're cheap for a reason.  I signed up with them and over the course of 7 days I could not get ONE person to answer the phones.  I guarantee that if you try and use their online chat and ask why no one answers the phones they will either say "we're swamped" or "we're flooded" with calls.  I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.  I went with Spark.
