  1. No John Smoltz is the only one with 150 wins and saves(or 200)

  2. Nope.

  3. 300 each? No.

300 wins and any saves? Yes. Keeping in mind that saves were not officially recorded before 1969 and that any credited to pitchers before then were researched and counted retroactively, here are the 300+ win pitchers and how many saves they have:

    1. Young -- 511 wins, 17 saves

    2. W. Johnson -- 414, 34

    3. Mathewson -- 373, 28

    4. Alexander -- 373, 32

    5. Galvin -- 364, 2

    6. Spahn -- 363, 29

    7. Nichols -- 361, 17

    8. Clemens -- 354, zero

    9. Maddux -- 350, zero (active)

    10. Keefe -- 342, 2

    11. Carlton -- 329, 2

    12. Clarkson -- 328, 5

    13. Plank -- 326, 23

    14. Sutton -- 324, 5

    15. Ryan --324, 3

    16. Niekro -- 318, 29

    17. Perry -- 314, 11

    18. Seaver -- 311, 1

    19. Radbourn -- 309, 2

    20. Welch -- 307, 4

    21. Glavine -- 305, zero (active)

    22. Grove -- 300, 55

    23. Wynn -- 300, 15

    -----

    24. R. Johnson (300th W coming 2009) -- 291, 2 (active)

We can readily see that Clemens, Maddux, and Glavine are modern-day, mollycoddled wimps. Olde olde-tymers and even more recent olde-tymers weren't afraid to spend a bit of time in the bullpen and nail down a victory once in a while. Geez, Glav's never even made a relief appearance.
