Has anyone in the uk applied for visa waiver with a crimmal record to go to the us and was allowed to go?

Yes loads and loads if its nothing serious you will be fine, if it was anything to do with drugs or serious you wont be eligible for the waiver schemes its a question on the form so its a simple yes no reply.

You will have to apply for it in the embassy and need to make an appointment (long wait) to repent your sins.

I don't get you guys at all. Why do you have to tell them? Our computers are not linked to theirs and they don't check each person. Just tick no and you don't need all that rubbish.Its not as if you are going to be a Senator or stuff like that.
