Has anyone interviewed at Ogilvy + Mather?

I interviewed for a position about a month ago and they keep telling me that no decisions have been made. Can someone tell me if this is standard practice and they are just really slow at replying to interview candidates, or if I should just assume they don't want me and move on.

That doesn't surprise me. That does not mean that you should assume they won't hire you but its a bad idea to put all your eggs in one basket.

Continue to send out resumes and interview. You may be surprised what other jobs may come your way.

Waiting for a job on the come if you are offered something else is not going to get your bills paid.
