  1. There was a creepy old farm and shack, made into a bar I believe, at the corner of Capitol Expressway and --I think--Quimby Road. The elderly woman who owned the property fought long and hard to keep the property as Evergreen began a growth surge in the 80's. It took a long, long time for her to give up the fight.

I wish I could remember her name. I can still see the property, old and creepy, with many eucalyptus trees to the northern edge.

  2. Evergreen is one of the safest areas in San Jose. That story is no where true. I think story road is a bit creepy though.

  3. on San Felipe rd. you drive down and theres a lil shack on the left. Make sure you have flashlights and clothes that you dont mind getting dirty because you have to crawl under the fence to get there. There has been a lot of dead animals found around there. last time we went we found a dead horse. i never actually went into the house though... too creepy for me!

  4. Oh I know the place! Just keep going up San Felipe road. The drive is a little long. Lots of trees and less houses as you go further down. You'll reach a dead end and that's where the shack will be. But you have to climb a fence in order to get to it and look around. You won't find info on it online because it's only a local urban legend.
