  1. Not sure - the last thing I remember is visiting the Guinness factory.

  2. It is a capital city of Ireland and has historical importance.

Life is typical like any cities in Britain!  For more detailed tourist information, search on the internet!

  3. Life is good here, the best craic in the world. You should come over for a wekend and see what you think yourself!

  4. life is very expensive, good fun and there is lots to do and see. Plus, Dublin is well situated so you can visit outside the area in a day and still stay in Dublin. It is not a very clean city however. Main culture spot is Temple Bar area. Shopping is great. Great suburban shopping centres and also Grafton Street is fab.

  5. we are thriving

  6. Dublin city is  a rather expensive place to love in comparison to other European cities. Anything specific that you wuld like to know?

  7. The city is dirty, traffic is chaotic, the pubs are huge and not very nice, accomodation is extremely expensive, parking fees are exorbitant, but most of the people are very nice and helpful towards foreigners.

If you don't have to go there, go to Cork City or Galway, where the people are even nicer (though hard to understand in the case of Cork) and the other problems are not half as bad.

Sorry Dubliners, but I HATE the place.

  8. One of the greatest cities in the world

  9. Dubiln isnt expensive. There is alot of cheap eat outs and cheap grocerie outlets to cater for foreigners and the low income earner. Its only expensive if you want to go all out and party. I have noticed that Irish people love to spend money. They have recently had a huge economical growth and are now all earning cash. They love to shop. This is not a good thing to be involved in.

    Thats my opinion anyway.

There is alot of foreigners mainly Polish and Spanish. The polish have their own section in the mainstream newspaper. Its growing into a very multicultural city. The majority are over here to learn english.

Life is grand here. The weather is c**p though but you have the cosy pubs to go into when you need to warm up. The irish are so funny and are always telling stories. They love a good laugh.

    You will love it ...!!

  10. I was born, bred, and live in Dublin, and I can honestly tell you there is no other place like it in the world.  Come visit us.  You'll fall in love with the place....and us.

  11. Anyway she got a good kick up the ar-se and she started throwing bottles was a lovely experiance NOT !!! Oh another thing we went to a niteclub and my niece and I got pushed down a flight of stairs .The clubs are so packed  you cant move ,and watch out for the B&Bs some of them are stinking.
