  1. you will only up to your airport. You can't even board airplane without showing to the port of entry your Visa. They are the one giving you days of your staying their.

  2. At the airport you get treated like a criminal and sent back to the home country on the next available flight.

At the land border, if you are lucky you only get denied entry. If you sneak across a land border and are unlucky, you get deported and banned.

  3. You will not be allowed to board the aircraft without the proper visa.  There's a huge fine for the airlines if they bring you here without a passport and visa.  In addition, that airline has to fly you back on the next flight.

  4. Christopher Columbus never had a visa

  5. you will not be allowed to leave the airport, you will be sent back

  6. theres alot of security on the mexican border

if your from cuba theyll let you stay

  7. Arrested, imprisoned and then deported.

  8. It happened to me. I turned up without my I20.

I thought the thing in my passport was good enough.  Apparently not.

I got taken off into a small room and waited for an hour and a half.  I was then interviewed by an immigration official for half an hour.  He explained:  Becaused I had entered the country without the proper paperwork I had to be registered as having committed a federal fellany.  He instructed me to forward the registration documents he had given me, along with my appropriate paperwork (which I had to get sent from home) to the US state department for processing.

I was allowed to remain in the country whilst my paperwork was processed, but I was not (officially) allowed to study under the course for which I was enrolled.

My proper visa paperwork arrived with me after about 2 weeks.

Something of a trauma, it has to be said.

    Cheers.

  9. They would turn you around and send you back to your homeland.   I hope !!!

  10. You can land in the US without a visa, if you have a connection flight your passport is stamped BLUE LANE- this means you cannot leave the airport.

You cant enter the US with a valid visa.

Big difference - LAND and ENTER; two different scenarios.

    Best of Luck!

  11. You would be held until the airline that brought you could take you back.

  12. If you are Cuban, you can stay . It would be much better to invade Cuba and eliminate fidel and the little brudder

  13. Actually, the majority of people coming to visit the US arrive without a visa under the Visa Waiver Program. So, if you're from the UK or one of the other participating countries, you wouldn't normally need a visa. However, if you're coming on a commercial airline, they aren't supposed to allow you to board the plane without a proper visa unless you are from one of the VWP countries. If you show up without a visa, CBP has the authority to allow  you to enter without a visa, but they very rarely do. Plus they charge you over $500 for the privilege. If they don't allow you entry, you get put on the next plane and sent back and they keep you locked up until that happens and fine the airline. Maybe not a problem if you're from a country that has frequent flights back and forth. But if they only fly into your airport once a week, you'd be locked up for that week while waiting.
