Has anyone lost over 50kg in under 10 months? ?

If so how? i have my best friends wedding in less than 10 months and i want to look nice. i got no idea where to start.

  1. thats alot of weight to loose in a short amount of time.. although i know you want to look your best.. lossing a lot of weight at once will leave your body in lots and lots of streach marks that you will almost never get rid of... try visiting

    its a free weigh loss website that will give you lost of information about loosing weight, a daily food planner... they suggests foods that you should eat for each day.. or you can just add in what you do eat and it will work out your calories values for you so you will know exactly what your eating too much of.

    it also gives you exercises ideas and a few videos

    they say on average you shouldn't try to loose much more then 2lbs a week

    ... although you could start it off with spending a couple of days doing the cabbage soup diet... which your no ment to do for more then a week!!!

    but basically consists of you eating soup for every meal which can be quite filling you just get sick of the soup so quick.. and no its not just made out of cabbage there carrots and onions and peppers amounts other things..it will give your body a bit of a kick start cuz you'll be telling it that your going to be changing what you eat and soup seems to have very few calories

    try walking more as well.. getting off buses a few stops earlier and walking a little bit further.. and start going swimming every week.. gentle things just to ease your self into doing more activity to burn off fat but trying to keep... and in some cases gain mussel.

    ooo and stick up posters around the house.. on the back of doors and the fridge reminding you of how much your trying/got left to loose for that week... i say weekly as that's an easier less forbidding goal then 50kg.. which i find a daunting amount.


  2. i lost 10 kg in 3 weeks. I went through a absolutly tramatic time, my dad commited suicide, and i couldnt, eat, sleep, walk or think.

    for 3 weeks, i locked myself in my room and just played cold chisel over and over again, i woould only come out to use the bathroom.

    my apetite disapeared, i was diagnosed with popst tramtic stress disorder after that. But tduring those 3 weeks, i lost 10 kilos, i didnt veen notice, iit wasnt untill ppl started commenting i realised.

    so yeah, i lost alot of weight in a short amount of time, but i woould give the world to have that time with my dad back!

    id rather be a whale with my dad, then a stick without him :'(

  3. i lost a lot of weight (school reasons) by

    not snacking

    walk every day 45 mins at least  

    eat a little less at dinner, lunch etc

    its pretty easy and its not something that you have to think about

    also doing cardio like running, swimming or just plain walking burns off fat  

  4. I have lost 30 Kg in 3 months, I was 104 Kg when I started at the end of 3 month I was 73 Kg.

    I have lost over 50 KG over a period of 10 months . First it started on my "own diet" theory which was not eating anything till the end of the day where I consumed a little bit of fruit and went to sleep. I lost 17 kg  but after that my fiance forced me to go to a nutritionist which showed me the real path and explained to me how loose a loooot of weight and still eat heaps of healthy food of course this is coupled with only 3 hours of sports of my choice a week. I was always fat ( I mean since I was a kid) and when long time no see friends/family see me now they almost get a heart attack due to the tremendous change I went through .

    I would highly recommend you to do so not just for your friend's wedding but for yourself .. beleive me you will feel/live better

    I am proud of myself , I do not want to return fat again
