Yes many people who stick with the message in the fast are always smart and good looking. The message is to know about the hunger what poor people face while through their life interval. Fasting is basically practiced by Muslims during the month of Ramdan in which for a complete month the Muslims through out the world offer fast daily from dusk till dawn. Fast is the most perfect practice for the physical balance and the strengths the powers with in us. Fasting is the best technique to reduce weight with a proper diet chart. Plus at the day end you are provided with variety of eating stuff which are equal essential for the health body. Thus you can surely reduce weight by fasting.
