Has anyone on here been sued by weltman weinberg and reis? ?

They sent us a summons and I complied. well now there calling and they sound kind of nervous that I did this. I was just wondering if anyone Else has delt with this company and if so what were they like?

I'm sorry but one does not "comply" with a summons.  I don't know what you did, but I would guess they are calling you to tell you that you did it wrong.  This firm is a large law firm specializing in collections work.  They know what they're doing and they know how to collect any judgment they get.  Your creditor is really serious about getting paid.

I have not dealt with them,but I have complied to a summons myself and everything went my way. They did not take me to court and they went with what I was offering. So 20 years or not you can answer your own summons and win.
