I have not ordered from that site and would not either; in my honest opinion.

I checked for registration on that site and they are only online for a year. It might be a trial period or test website.

Their Shipping Policy:

Quote: Shipping time is approximately 10 to 14  days after order is processed (72 hours). All packages are shipped with a tracking number that is not real time, meaning that although your package is fully insured and will require your signature on delivery, you cannot track it live over the web. Please do not email us requesting a tracking number unless more than 12 days have passed and your package has not arrived.

Since you have been waiting a month; even in business days you are well past due for receiving.

That site sells Ugg boots which are a very "hot" selling product. If your purchase was an Ugg product..... do this and even if not an Ugg product.

Contact Ugg via website with all your ordering information and tell someone at Ugg about your delay. Request if fuzzyslippers.com is an actual vendor for Ugg. Include the above website in this answer.  Let Ugg handle the situation.

Act on this as soon as you can. Don't hesitate about giving a bad report either. If that is a trial site; they don't need the bad publicity and when they start getting bad reports

IT IS A FAKE WEBSITE. dont use it, i did and they had access to my bank account. they are trying to scam you. and it is true their web address keeps changing so you cant trace them. DONT USE FUZZYFOOTSIES.com or UGGSFORLESS.com or any other sites like this

The contact info is a blind email form and no other info is available, this should raise a red flag, it is also no longer fuzzyfootsies.com and goes to another site, i personally would not order from them/
