  1. they refused to refund my money


  2. i wasn't impressed with there customer service when i emailed them a question, acted like it was a bother for them to reply/

  3. They messed up my sign pretty bad.  So bad if I had put it up I would have offended many of my customers, and they refused to give me a refund.
