Has anyone ordered from petsr4u.com?

Question

I'm looking for feedback from anyone who has had experiences with petsr4u.com. I can only find one customer review oline, which doesn't help me much with my decision to order my Zilla turtle tank through them. Any info would be much appreciated.

its like, that there might be some problem with thier online support system but it doesn't mean that they are cheaters. At least on my shopping experience with them (twice i have purchased ) they delivered it exactly what it would be as promised on site....

problem is - right now they don't have the link to their "contact us" info working. It gives an error to click it. I'm a little concerned myself. I just purchased an aquarium stand from them (i only saw 2 reviews and they were both ok) so I went ahead with the purchase. That was last night. But I received no order confirmation like that promised. I order online a lot and they normally come through automatically. I wanted to email them to see if they received my order but the link isn't work. Then I found all these other reviews after digging a bit more about all the customer service problems they have. Does anyone have their email address to share so I can give it a go?

 I have ordered from them and I had no problems. The aquarium we ordered arrived in great shape and was packed very well. We had no problem with there service and communication.

DON'T-I repeat-Don't order from these people!  I ordered a pet door from them on May 9, 2010 for $76.00.  They took the money but I have not received my pet door and I have not received ANY response from them concerning my order.  I have called them but just get voicemail-I have sent them 4 emails regarding my order and have never received ANY response!  So BUYERS BEWARE!

We have ordered from this company a couple of times and had no problem. If you look hard enough at any company you will find faults. I did some research and this company has been around for over 10 years.I am sure they have had more than 40 orders in that length of time. How about leaving them some positive feedback instead of just negative. It is so easy to leave negative but so hard to leave positive when you have a good experience from someone. From having a business myself I truly understand what they must be going through. Biz

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Owner Jeff Shipe is a crook. He has over 45 complaints with BBB. I contacted the manufacture and found out he never placed my order. I plan on posting everywhere I can to let everyone know he is not to be trusted. Please help me put this guy out of business which is where he belongs.

I have had a very bad experience with Petsr4U. It has been 4 weeks since I placed an order and they have yet to send it. Very slow answering emails with no answers to your questions. I'm trying to get a refund but no luck yet! Very poor customer service!
