Yes, it has some good recipes and transition tips. The vegetarian fried "chicken" recipe is incredible!!

It's not really a kit though; it's like a magazine / printed guide.

I have not, but my sis has, and she loved it. She went veg, for 2 years, but them stoped, she missed chicken. Lol. But she says, "Its very helpful, it gave me all the info i wnated and needed."

Yes, I liked it.  However, I don't like PETA much.  I think that they turn people off to vegetarianism with their terrorist methods.

Nope, I have not and I don't plan to. All the veggies on the would couldest drive me away from a thick juicy steak.
