  1. Institute for Advanced Study?

    Internet Authentication Service?

    International Accreditation Service?

    International Association of Sedimentologists?

    International Anti-Aging Systems?

Those were the first five Google hits for "IAS". If none of those are the company you're talking about, you're going to need to provide us with more information.

  2. Internet Auction Solutions.

You don't need what they're selling.  These scammers operating out of Utah have been running this same scheme for years.  They sign you up for a "seller's kit", which is basically nothing but information you could get from the Help pages on eBay.  Once they get your credit card number, you're screwed.

They place ads in employment sites and classifieds masquerading as a work-from-home business.  But as soon as you get to their site, even the disclaimer at the bottom says they're not offering any employment.

Bottom line, you don't need a seller kit.  Everything you need is in the eBay University pages you reach by clicking Help on eBay.com.
