yes I'm sure there is a lot of people out there who's done just that. matter of fact I'm getting ready to do that but not to another city but to another sate. its very exciting and scary at the same time.

Twice and loved them both. Once from Chicago to San Francisco........you have to seriously ration what money you have, but honestly, it is a deep experience that I'll remember to the day I die. My friends didn't believe me until they called me back at the Area Code.

It is a real fresh start.

yes. i was stuck in a dead end job getting paid a small salary having to work 6 days a week and 12 hours a day. i was sick of it. after doing this for a year i heard from a friend who lived in "paradise" so i quit my job, sold everything, or gave it away, after paying for my air ticket i only had $100.00 to last me 3 months! i eventually found a job and now i see it as the best thing i ever did. -blurey

never done it but if you feel the need do it you never know if things will be better. sounds like it would be kinda fun though to make a fresh start away from some of those you know that you prefer to not be around those you want to keep in contact with well there is the internet
