Has anyone personally tried becoming a Washington state <span title="resident....................?">resident....................</span>

Question

for Tuition purposes while going to school full time? If so, please tell me exactly what you did. I'm attending the UW and i'm sure that i have to pay non resident tuition my first year. I've heard that if u go to school full time you have to work at least 30 hours a week to qualify for residency....what other steps do I have to take to ensure that i get to pay RESIDENT tuition my second year at the UW and years beyond?
