Has anyone played Madden 09, how is it?

How are the graphics.

yea they redid the graphics on the next gen counsoles (360 and ps3) so it looke ALOT better.  the feild looks like grass, and the players look alot more realistic.  when running, your players have alot more variety in the way they move which is cool, and they have a couple new features that are pretty cool like the break away camera and the half time/post report that shows you the 5 best plays of the half/game.

I bought it for PS3, they have completely revamped the graphics engine and it looks a lot cleaner and crisp than years past, however, you can tell most of EA's focus was on the graphics and nothing more.

One thing I am most disturbed about is the inability to setup your controller the way you want. In past years you could re-set the buttons to best fit your likes and playing style. Not this year, your stuck with the way it is. R2 is the sprint button when I always set it up for X so I cannot get used to the buttons just yet. EA spends millions in game design but leave out something as simple as control setup!

Overall, I would give it an 8 out of 10. It is a solid football game that you cannot compare to any other football game out there, add they better graphics and play it's a winner. Just a few let downs as with any over-hyped game.

the same as it is every year, they dont redo graphics...they pretty much leave the game engine the way it is and just implement new features so if you have playd 07,08, then its the same just one or two more features

i played for psp.

a little more complicated, harder to choose the WR to pas to.

i tink 08 was a little better.

i played 2 times already with the best team of all, (oakland raiders) and beat the bears 95-0 20minute game 9 interceptions 2 fumble recoveries.

beat the bengals 45-0 12minute gam 3 interceptions
