Has anyone played water polo?

it's a tough sport, but if you can keep up with the physical demands, it's great!

I haven't played it but I knew a WP coach. He loved the sport and evidently it's very energetic and gives you a good workout as well as being a lot of fun. It's not for the faint of heart. It would be a great competitive team sport for high school and college.

It is a good sport but very hard.  It is alot of exercise.  I would reccomend playing it for awhile.  If you like to swim you will like it.  It will also get you in shape.
