I mean seriously, this is ridiculous. It's been 8 months now, I eat small wholesome portions, I've cut out almost all desserts, I take the baby out for a brisk walk every day, do crunches, nurse the baby 4 times a day, and I still look like I'm 5 months pregnant, and have enough flab on my arms to drive me crazy!! What the H.

  1. I went to Weight Watchers 5 days after my son was born. When he was 4 months I was back into all my old clothes. I'm not a person that looses easily and was afraid I wouldn't lose the weight I gained. You might want to try a structured program like WW where you have to go and weigh in weekly. That gave me the incentive to stick to it everyday. Oh and I found that writing down what I ate every day helped a lot. Sometimes you eat more than you realize if you don't write it all down.

    Best of luck to you!

  2. Nope, I still carry 13 extra pounds nearly 2 years later. It won't shift.

Sorry!  The worst has to be the stomach fat though - I used to have a washboard, and now just flab. My muscles separated in the centre, and never went back, so now I will never have that again. boo hoo hoo!

  3. I did with my first baby, but Im pregnant again. And I dont htink it will come off as fast this second time.

  4. I loose weight when I'm pregnant.  Yeah yeah I know but I usually gain it all back.

But lately the weight has just been falling off again.  Apparently chasing a toddler around makes me loose weight.

  5. it took me 4 years to lose all mybaby weight and thats 2 kids in 4 years mind you! the only thing i did differently was cut out soda completely and only drank water no juice smoothies nothing like that! strictly water!

  6. Don't worry.  It usually takes about a year to get down to your pre baby weight.  I have 3 kids now and I'm even lighter than I was before my first.  If you can't seem to lose weight no matter what you do though, I would see your doctor and get your thyroid checked out.

  7. If life was fair, then how would commedians make a living? And who would buy over the counter weight loss concoctions with no chance of working.

Sorry for what happened. Make sure you have blood tests regarding gestational diabetes and regular diabetes.  Keep at it.

  8. I lost the "weight" on the scale - but things just didn't go back to the way they used to be.  Flabby tummy and arms - fun!!  At least my right bicep is rock hard from carrying my little pumpkin around!

  9. my daughter is 3 months.. iv lost all the weight.. it was gone liek 3 weeks PP.... but the aftermath of my body now compared to before.... yuck................... lol

  10. I did but not the second baby. I feel you girl. Just keep at it or just be happy with how you look. I know it's hard but your doing better then me. I still can't give up the cheese cake.

  11. I don't know, but that sure does scare me.  I give birth to my first in January and I was really hoping I could lose the weight.  Hopefully there will be some good answers on here...I'd be interested to see what everyone else says.
