Has anyone received an intercepted rebate check due to back child support?

My ex owes back child support and I received his income tax refund. I've talked to the irs & my case worker and they all say his rebate will be intercepted as well but I have not received anything yet. I was wondering if anyone has received an intercepted rebate check or if you owe child support was yours intercepted? Thanks.

yes,some have. i haven't yet,but i too received my ex's refund and will get his rebate.

my ex's rebate has been taken ,but i haven't gotten it yet,should get it real soon though.

Figure 6 to 8 weeks after the intercept for the money to make its way to you.

Well Melissa,

Anything that he owes you will receive.  If he owes the IRS or has another garnishment they will intercept as well.
